Photocopy of identity card or passport

1 photograph

Proof of “Household Insurance” that you can find on SMENO website (choose studio or T2)

Letter of acceptance (just the copy) from IESEG

Phone number with dial code and e-mail address

Proof of residence (electricity or phone bill with the same address as other document)

Last income tax declaration

Letter from your guarantor (parent or relative…) certifying that the monthly rent will be pay, and as possible certified by your bank manager

You will have to provide us your bank account details (bank account in France) and sign a standing order agreement, shortly after your arrival in France


For the guarantors:

– Guarantor form hand-written filled (dated and signed)
– ID or passport copy
– Last electricity bill or a proof of housing
– Your Bank details as IBAN, SWIFT CODE or BIC
– 3 last rent receipts or proof of address from the previous landlord or agency or copy of the last taxes for owner or hand-written proof of address
– 2 last taxes receipts
– 3 last payrolls for employees or for unsalaried workers last receipts of income of your own company

– Certificate of employement with details of hiring date, trial period or notice period, type of contract, annual income
